Day 14


Damn it! I got fatter! No, not really. My progress is actually on track. I've lost four pounds since last week and have done my 30 min cardio everyday for the past 5 days. Last night I combined a machine weights workout with simple push ups and other no-weights routine. Today was abs and my run. Now I've gone two weeks without so much as a sip of alcohol!
